Sue is our Marketing and Brand Manager - she is responsible for developing the tactical marketing plan and for its implementation including marketing communication and brand development activities.

Senior Associate

Alex MacPhie
Alex has worked with Facilitators for 4years, primarily delivering process improvement initiatives to organisations through One NorthEast.

General Manager FQM

Roger Thomas
Roger manages the FQM part of Process Excellence. He is responsible for sales and marketing to this broad client base.

Bob Kelley
Bob is a highly experienced consultant who specialises in HSE and Quality Management and improvement.

Senior Associate Consultant

Paul Foy
Paul is a Senior Associate Consultant who specialises in the delivery of risk management methodology. With over 25 years industry experience, he is an expert in Project Management with a particular interest in risk management.

Relationship Manager

Sheila Taylor
Sheila is our Relationship Manager for Project Excellence. She builds and maintains relationships with Project Excellence clients and Associates.
