"What jobs did you do before moving to Facilitators?"
My career started off in the secretarial field progressing to PA and office management with a strong payroll and HR background. This stood me in good stead for the business support positions I've held more recently within the recruitment and consultancy sectors.

"Why did you decide to become an employee at Facilitators?"
I enjoy the variety of work and opportunities which working with a consultancy offers and the Facilitators approach, company ethos and fast-growing environment was appealing.

"Do you have any qualifications that help you in your line of work?"
Rather than the formal qualifications which I hold, I think the wide experience I've gained in both public and private sectors is far more valuable in helping me in my particular job.

"What do you do when you're not working?"
When not working, my husband and I enjoy walking, the theatre and spending time in the garden and also catching up with my two grown-up sons when I get the chance.

"What's the best piece of business advice you've ever been given?"
Learn how to say "no" occasionally when asked to do something - but I'm still trying!

"Who do you most admire?"
Probably my first "boss", who ran a tight ship but with loads of laughs and impressed upon me the importance of attention to detail and customer care which has stuck with me throughout my career.
