"Why did you decide to become an associate at Facilitators?"
My skills and experience complemented those of the partners, and I felt I could make a contribution to the success of the firm.  Facilitators wished to add my company's particular management coaching offering to Facilitators' portfolio and I saw opportunities for earnings and satisfaction from coaching Facilitators' clients.  I also knew and respected some existing Associates.

Member of the Association for Coaching. Plus experience of managing teams, and of managing a company with £50m + turnover and 300+ staff.

Enjoy myself! I do that when I'm working, too.  I play table tennis in the Edinburgh & East of Scotland league and umpire at international level.  I coach a local TT club.  I play golf (past captain.)  I'm a member of the Edinburgh Photographic Society.  I'm an adviser with Young Enterprise Scotland.  I have a holiday house in SW France and spend several weeks a year there.  I'm keen on gardening and classical music.
