Reviews with Clients involve:

  • A review of our performance as a Company and the performance of individuals delivering on your project (using standard questions)
  • 1:1 meeting with a Partner
  • An assessment of whether your objectives have been/are being achieved and how sustainable the solution is.

Feedback to Associates:

  • Carried out by the responsible partner/team leader after client reviews
  • Feedback on positive performance and areas for development.

Lessons Learned:

  • We always take the opportunity to learn lessons from reviews and use them to improve service delivery and develop new products and services.

Investors in People

You can be assured of consistent quality delivery with Facilitators.  As well as a thorough recruitment and selection process for our associates we also evaluate our performance as a Company and as individuals on contracts, to continuously improve our service. These elements form a crucial part of the Investors in People process.

We are proud to have maintained the Investors in People (IIP) Standard for four consecutive terms.
