"What jobs did you do before moving to Facilitators?" My career started in the finance industry for many years and through this into more of a sales and customer services role leading to key account management. I have worked in a wide variety of sectors from advertising to recruitment to manufacturing. I have even been based in "Why did you decide to become an employee at Facilitators?" To be honest the people I would be working with was key to my decision. The chance to work with people who have different skills and experiences that I can learn and grow from to continue develop in my career. Also the company is fast growing with many areas of expertise to offer clients and associates but also has the values which I believe in. "What are your areas of expertise?" Key account management, building relationships with clients to ensure that both parties benefit from the best service. Tailoring our services to their needs specifically rather than a one size fits all approach. "Do you have any qualifications that help you in your line of work?" None that are directly related to this position as my qualifications are financial. However I have lost count of how many courses and seminars I have attended in relation to sales, customer service, people management and recruitment. This coupled with the years of experience in different industries I believe all adds to the skills I bring to the role. "What do you do when you're not working?" Not working? A sales person is always alert to a sale or lead even when out on a walk with my dog. Photography and travel probably are my passion although I do love to read, go out for a meal with friends or go see the latest movie blockbuster. "What's the best piece of business advice you've ever been given?" There is no such word as can't "Who do you most admire?" This is a tricky one as I admire lots of people for different reasons, from leaders to heroes, pioneers to scientists, their attitudes to succeed against the odds. People that have changed our lives Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, Mikhail Gorachev and people who just take your breath away Mother Teresa and Nelson Mandela. Sports people whose determination and willingness to risk everything so many of the disabled athletes who are an inspiration to us all.
