01 June 2008

Aberdeen-based corporate performance improvement specialists, Facilitators International LLP, are moving to larger premises following a period of significant business growth.

Over the past two years Facilitators has seen its turnover double to £3.7m with staff and associate numbers increasing to support this growth. The new premises occupy two floors and cover 1500 square feet at 49 Huntly Street.

Facilitators started trading as a partnership in 2002 before moving to a Limited Liability Partnership in 2006 and is focussed on facilitating performance improvement across entire organisations.  Associates at Facilitators are highly experienced and are all approved via an Investors in People accredited process.

Clive Randall, partner and one of the project excellence team leaders, said:  "This growth has resulted from our success in providing excellent specialist resources, consultancy and training to oil and gas clients ? particularly in the areas of project controls, lean processes and outsourced training and development".  He goes on to say: "The move demonstrates how hard everyone has been working to expand the business and will send a clear message to clients about our intent for moving forward. With our new premises and growth in business it is an excellent time to be a part of Facilitators and everyone is extremely positive about the future."

Facilitators works with businesses across a broad range of industries including blue chip and international organisations as well as the public sector and small medium enterprises. Clients include BP, Expro, Shell, One North East and The Food Standards Agency.
