Process Mapping Key to Becoming World Class

A rapidly expanding Oil & Gas service company has decided that before further International expansion they need to ensure that their processes are rationalised, clearly documented and of course fully complied with.  A cross organisational team lead by Facilitators has therefore been formed to firstly understand what processes they are currently using and then to develop a more optimal business model across what at present is disparate business. This will then be followed by a change management programme to enable the necessary business culture change.
