Coals to Newcastle - Facilitators International LLP

Facilitators have been awarded a Lean Manufacturing contract to help one of the worlds leading exponents of Lean at their UK base in Sunderland. The success of their new SUV has meant that this car manufacturer has decided to ship largely British components for assembly in Japan of the models for that local market. The job involves supporting the logistic supplier with the rapid development of an effective shipping operation.
