When Facilitators was initially approached to help with this project our client still had several options available and were unsure which was likely to be optimal.
Our Approach
Instead of initiating a risk process which would have provided reduced value at this time in the project, Facilitators carried out a risk based options evaluation workshop which successfully reduced the number of options to two. The client was then able to improve scope definition in order that full value was gained from the subsequent risk workshop.
The Result
This saved time and ensured that focus was given to the pertinent issues.
