I have over 20 years of Oil and Gas Industry leadership experience in projects and operations. I've managed both large project teams and matrix type operational support organisations.
"Why did you decide to become a partner at Facilitators?"
I'm particularly interested in the establishment of best practice in Project Management, team development and leadership within organisations. Working with Facilitators gives me the best opportunity to help clients excel in these areas.
"What are your areas of expertise?"
Project Management and Project Controls. I also have expertise in the facilitation of complex and technical processes and the use of performance management techniques.
"What kind of work have you done with clients as a consultant?"
Recently, my main focus has been in helping our clients to successfully deliver their projects in a challenging environment.

Apart from early professional qualifications I've been trained in a wide variety of subjects such as performance management techniques, advanced facilitation skills and oil industry safety competencies.
"What do you do when you're not working?"
Family and friends are top priority and I'm also a dedicated 'Petrolhead' so automotive entertainment is always on the agenda.
"What's the best piece of business advice you've ever been given?"
If at first you don't succeed then skydiving is not for you.
"Who do you most admire?"
Any of the great leaders. I think that truly exceptional leadership is often talked about but rarely achieved.
