"What jobs did you do before moving to Facilitators?"
A bit of a mixed bag - various administration roles, assisting with the equipping of various NHS healthcare facilities within the UK, monitoring junior doctor's hours of work, and more recently a customer services/sales support role within the oil industry.

"Why did you decide to become an employee at Facilitators?"
I was initially attracted by the varied role and the opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills within a fast growing company.

"Do you have any qualifications that help you in your line of work?"
BA(Hons) in Communication (core subjects were Marketing, PR, Advertising and Corporate Communication). This provided me with the theory which I'm now trying to put into practice!

"What do you do when you're not working?"
Amongst other things, I enjoy spending time with friends, holidaying in the sun, relaxing with a good book and the odd glass of wine.

"What's the best piece of business advice you've ever been given?"
Don't ever assume you know what others are thinking, 9 times out of 10 you'll be wrong.

"Who do you most admire?"
Anyone who knows what they want out of life and goes to get it.
