"What jobs did you do before moving to Facilitators?"
My background is mainly administrative roles first starting off in the roofing industry and then working for a quality management company for over 10 years.
"Do you have any qualifications that help you in your line of work?"
Apart from the ones I left school with (many, many moons ago) the experience I have, and am gaining at the moment are a great asset to my current line of work, especially with customer relations.
"What do you do when you're not working?"
I like to relax with a good book or unwind by going for a swim, but better still spending time with my two young boys either going for a cycle or cosying up watching a family DVD - seen Polar Express 8 times now !
"What's the best piece of business advice you've ever been given?"
Always have a go at trying new things out of your own comfort zone, and if it's not for you at least you've tried but in the process have stretched your comfort zone.
"Who do you most admire?"
My best friend who I grew up with. She emigrated to Finland 5 years ago to follow her dream of studying music. I admire her for her inner strength and courage to leave everything to start a new life. Through her own personal experiences, taught me to live each day as if it's a special day.
